Shipping Information:

*** In Addition To UPS Shipping & Handling Fees There Will Be A (non-refundable) $2.99 Handling Charge Applied To ALL Orders ***

Most orders 150 lbs. and under are shipped via UPS.

Michigan residents are subject to a 6% sales tax. (Unless Tax Exempt)

We do not process COD orders.

All shipping charges are based on weight using the UPS rate schedule plus a small processing/handling fee depending on weight an dimension of the package.

We do NOT ship out side of the United States at this time.

We ship most orders the same day if they are received by 3:00 P.M. EST.

If not specified, out of stock items will be automatically placed on back-order immediately, you will not be notified of back-orders.

Smaller Items (under 150 lbs.) Smaller items up to 150lbs. will ship via UPS. If you need an item sooner you can select an expedited shipping method when adding an item to the shopping cart.

*LTL Freight charges if not applied at the time you place the order, will be charged to your card when we process you order.

*Free Shipping is to a commercial address with a loading dock and/or forklift, there may be other charges added for residental delivery and/or lift gates.

*Free Shipping will be via a mode we determine, i.e. UPS Ground, Truck Freight, etc... orders that select other methods will be corrected to reflect our choice of shipping method.

*Free Shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous United States. (Excludes Alaska & Hawaii)

Larger Items (over 150lbs.) Items such as generators (over 150lbs.), and heavy machinery will ship via "LTL Freight Truck". When "items are shipped via freight truck we will arrange delivery with one of several freight companies that we deal with on a daily basis. The freight company must be able to access your area with a large truck (sometimes an 18-wheeler). The driver will bring the item to the "tailgate" of the trailer, from that point it is up to you to unload the item (they are not obligated to help you unload the item or take the item to your garage). If you need a liftgate please notify us as there is usually a lift gate fee added by the trucking company. To avoid a liftgate fee you can always pick up your order at the trucking terminal in your area. This is a popular delivery method. Make sure someone will be present to receive the items and that you give us a valid day time phone number in case the trucking company needs to contact you. Also be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives. Notify the driver of any damage or missing pieces.

Most of the products that are in stock are shipped within 24 hours, our daily pick-up is 4:00 PM EST. We ship most products with UPS.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Cancellation of an order may result in a 20% Cancellation Fee.

All returns must be completed within 15 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the Original sales receipt.

All merchandise returned for refund or credit MUST be UNUSED and have original container and packaging.

Returned tarps must be UNOPENED.

Refunds will be given based on the method of original payment.

Cash refunds in excess of $50 will be paid by company check issued within 10 business days of return.

Checks must wait at least 10 business days to clear before refund check is issued.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds on any machinery or generators.

Repairable equipment must be repaired according to manufacturer’s current warranty policy.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking/return processing fee.

Refunds will be only for the product amount (less restocking fees), there will be no refunds of shipping charges.

Customer is responsible for ALL return shipping charges.

While we make it a point to provide the most accurate and up to date product information, we are not responsible for changes made by manufacturers without our knowledge.
